Supplier Information – COVID
While supplier information (local or international), requested by the customer may not always be readily available, we will do our utmost to ensure any changes are passed on to the customer as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that COVID restrictions may affect some grocery lines and shipping of any overseas products (such as branded merchandise, either toys or other products), linen and novelty items.
This is something we cannot control but we can all work together.

We Try To Have All Orders Leave warehouse in 10-14 business days during this pandemic within Victoria.
This indicates a product is in stock and usually leaves the warehouse (ships) within 10-14 Business Days. Once your order is collected by our carrier, you will be notified via email and sent tracking information where applicable. When you have received notification your order has shipped, please allow another 4-7 business days for metro delivery and 7-10 days for regional areas. This may vary depending on the type of shipping bought with order.
Please note that some overseas items may be subject to heavy delays as Covid has restricted items coming from other countries. Most items that come from overseas are branded merchandise or toys.
This time allows payments to be processed either by card payment and or buy now pay later services.
Kingdom Warehouse is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
It is the customers duty to ensure the correct delivery address is given at the time of check out, failure to do so can incur further fees, such as charges for return shipping (to our warehouse) and re-delivery (to the customer's new address) or cancellation of the order if returned and not re-deliverable, with any additional shipping charges not refunded to the customer.
The customer must inform us in writing within a time frame of 24 hours of the package not arriving.
All packages come with tracking and must be signed for, if the customer elects to have the items dropped safe via the Australia Post website and or text, if item goes missing and shows delivered they must provide prove that it has been lost or not delivered.
Due to our range of items, some items may not be available at the time of shipment due to lack of stock with the supplier.
If this occurs you will be issued with a refund of the item/s that will not be supplied in your order.
You will either be refund the payment method you had paid with or via a store credit.
